大部分国际会议都会在会期的第一天举办开幕式。在开幕式上，由主席或会议主持人宣布会议开始。这一环节通常是安排在开幕式的最初或最后阶段。

在开幕式上，通常会有致开幕词、祝词、勉励词和主题发言等多中国形式的演讲。

非正式的国际会议可以省去宣布正式开幕这一环节，直接开始会议。但在一些特定的会议中，宣布开幕之后，还需与会人员一起唱国歌，向国旗致敬。

01 怎样宣布开幕
